Create moving images of film by shooting with a Bolex camera.
Film mounting and dismounting
Since unshot film cannot be exposed, this operation needs to be carried out in a dark bag, which also tests our proficiency in operating the bolex for film mounting and dismounting.
It is necessary to protect the camera from light, for example, by taping the camera after mounting the film and by paying attention to the possibility of light leakage from the cuff part of the dark bag when it is operated.
Shooting with Bolex
After choosing the right frame of the Bolex and the focal length of the lens, we started the actual shooting.
We need to use a light meter to meter the subject to make sure that it is correctly exposed with the right parameters to avoid overexposure/ underexposure.
